Our kind words
These two boys are a quite a pair. The names are unique to say the least. Ruth Ann and Paddy are well traveled between the United States and Ireland, Paddy's homeland. They enjoy their visits to Ireland and the beautiful landscapes it has to offer. So it seems only natural to name the boys Kyle and Peat. I meet so many wonderful families all with stories of what motivates the names of their new family members.
I am sorry to say that Ruth Ann sent me the nicest letter on her two boys, yes I lost it out in cyber space. I will try to catch everyone up on these boys.
Both boys joined the family in the spring of 07, where the summer was most enjoyable if not very busy keeping an eye on these scamps. As pups in pairs they are the best of friends but can get pretty wild on occasion. The hot summer days kept the boys busy finding a cool spot. This was in Ruth Anns lovely flower gardens and running through the sprinkler system. Fun was had by all!!!
I am also told that the boys are outgoing, friendly and a hit wherever they go. They enjoy the evening car rides through the countryside where they enjoy all the night smells.
I am pleased to say that these boys are everything that they had hoped for in their new family members, from personality, to conformation.
Maybe I will get a new update this fall from our Irish friends the Mackens!!!
I enjoyed both these pups, but Peat was here for a couple extra weeks and I was so thrilled with what a beautiful boy he was turning into. Kyle of course comes from my beloved Juney B and Riley breedings, Peat from Stella and Riley. Both very nice.
