Miss Brandy

I couldn't help but think of you when I got this email, with all your new "babies". I have fallen in love with the red girl in the pink collar. (Zoe Beaux litter 8-4-08)

I want you to know if these puppies have the temperament that Brandy has, whoever gets these puppies are very lucky. Brandy is the best dog. Our grandchildren were all at the house, hugging, squeezing, and patting her, sometimes not so gently, and she just put up with all of it. She was looking for them when they left, I guess life is pretty uneventful with just Ron and I.

We began to think Brandy had no bark. However, she barked at the kids at the fireworks when they were out playing, and she had to sit in the car with us. She also barked at Ron one night. I don't know why, and we couldn't decide why either. When the doorbell rings, she never acts like it's a big deal, and she licks whoever is there, like they were long lost friends. I just can't get over how even - tempered she is. You know I was apprehensive before we got her, but she has been a complete joy. You were right, she is a lap dog. Every night, when I finally settle down in the chair, or on the couch, she is on my lap. Ron said we can't have two dogs, because Brandy wouldn't be happy having to share!

Have a nice vacation with your family and we will be out to visit one of these days. I wan't you to see how she turned out.
