Doc
Oct 15, 2008
Hi Stephanie, It's been about 5 weeks since we left the country to live in the suburbs and Doc is thriving. He continues to wow the vet and all the technicians. They scoop him up as soon as I walk in the door and go show him off to everyone behind the scenes. Dr. Faith inparticular, can't get over what a beautiful boy he is and so loving. He has stolen her heart. We have met many in the neighborhood who have fallen for his beautiful brown eyes too. He is so white with such beautiful markings. I'm not sure my pictures do him justice.
He has double his weight ( 8 lbs) and is getting those long legs of a growing boy. Teddie, his canine BFF, is his constant companion and tolerates his fascination with her tail and feet very well.
I don't know how you do it Stephanie but taking his picture is a real challenge. I've attached the best that I could get recently, but of course that doesn't count for all the empty shots I deleted because he just got up and walked away! He will sit (especially for food), come (when I'm headed into the house) and will walk on the leash somewhat.
He loves to watch T.V. The real test of his wonderfulness was a couple of weeks ago when I got really ill with some kind of respitory flu. He knew I couldn't play with him so he went out when I took him, and played quietly by himself or with Teddie and watchedTV while I slept for 48 hours. And I do mean quietly. Never a sound other than to let me know he needed to go out. I am in love with this little guy.
We are still working on Potty training, he keeps me hopping!
Thanks again, Stephanie. Doc has brought such joy to my life!
