This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of the Seller's knowledge at the time of purchase and has been started on permanent inoculations. Buyer has 72 hours from the time of purchase to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian, and Buyer is strongly urged to do so. If the veterinarian finds the puppy has a serious health condition, the puppy will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value immediately, or when available. A signed letter from the examining veterianarian as evidence of the puppy's illness and the puppy must be returned within 72 hours from the time of purchase. This guarantee due to a serious health condition excludes Cherry Eye (considered a breed defect), submissive wetting and/or behavior problems. It is the responsibility of the buyer to train and socialize the puppy. Proper training has been emphasized from the beginning of your CC puppy purchase. Males should be neutered from 4-6 months of age. The Seller will in no circumstances refund any/or part of the purchase price to the Buyer. The Seller cannot assume any responsibility for the puppy once it has left the Seller's possession. Any and all cost incurred by the Buyer in regards to the puppy, not just veterinary costs, are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
It is understood this puppy has been bred for a "Companion" animal. With this in mind, all companion puppies are sold with "Limited" AKC papers. This allows your pet to be registered but no offspring. In the event that you have purchased a CC puppy with Full Registration, this in no way guarantees your puppy to be a proven breeder or show dog, and will not assume any responsibility for either.
CC's has gone over the do's and don'ts of a new puppy. It is understood that CC's only wants the best for their puppies once they leave their kennel. The Buyer has been advised to follow these tips for the well being of their new companion puppy.
It is also noted that CC's has had the puppy vet checked and is selling this puppy in good faith to a family who is willing to commit to a new puppy 100%. In the event that the original family cannot keep the puppy, CC's will try to help them place the puppy using their website and/or contacts they may have. CC's is willing to help providing that the reason for giving the puppy up is not for "Behavioral Problems". It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly train and socialize your puppy and dog. CC's has provided information on proper training. CC's has done their best to educate all new families.
